Diet with no carbs is the most difficult diet to eat. Here we will talk about the top 5 meals which don’t contain carbs. There are 3 macronutrients: protein, carbs, and fat, so in these meals, I will talk about meals that contain only protein and fat. These meals will help those people who are following the keto diet. Because in the keto diet there is only 5-10% carbs are there in a meal. And it will also help those people who are following the carb cycle Because, in a carbs cycle, you have to take a diet of no carbs a few days a week, then some days you have to take a diet of fewer carbs and then a few days you have to take a diet of high carbs. In these meals, we will not stop taking fiber because if we stop taking fibre in our diet, we could suffer from constipation, so we have to take fiber in our meals. 2. Paneer bhurji and peas: Our 2nd meal is paneer bhurji and peas. You can also add capsicum to this meal as per your taste and you can also make grilled paneer or bhurji whichever you like and peas with that. To prepare this recipe take 100gm of paneer and crushed it to make bhurji then take a frying pan and put it on the gas then put some mustard oil in the pan then when the oil starts releasing smoke the put the paneer, peas, capsicum and onion in the pan and add salt according to taste and then let it cook for 5 minutes and your meal is ready to eat. It is one of the best no-carb foods.
3. Chicken and salad: In this meal, you can make grilled chicken with a salad like cucumber, carrot, tomato, lettuce, spinach etc. In this recipe don’t cook the chicken just grilled it and take it with salad. This would be the best meal for a diet with no carbs because of its nutrients profile.
4. Fish and veggies: In this meal, you can take grilled fish with veggies And you can take the veggies in it as we took in our first meal. In this meal also don’t cook the fish just grilled it and take it with veggies and you will love the taste. and this meal also has a lot of nutrients.

So guys in these diet with no carbs, I didn’t add whey protein, casein protein because if I add whey protein in these meals then it will go under supplement. But only our last meal contains protein powder other than that no meal contains any kind of supplement
