Man dumps fridge down the hill. Spain police fines him Euro 45k and makes him drag it back

The Civil Gaurds caught both the culprits as the number plate of the van was visible in the aforementioned video. After catching the two, the police ordered them to retrieve the fridge by hand. The police even released a video of the two friends dragging the fridge up the hill.
